Your Role

Data & Analysis: Source, collate, and analyze city-level data for master planning and development. Conduct on-ground surveys and satellite data evaluations.

Master Planning: Develop and revise Master Plans for urban areas, industrial townships, and more under AMRUT guidelines.

Land Use & Zoning: Prepare zoning regulations, land-use plans, urban design guidelines, and architectural controls.

Project Delivery: Create feasibility reports, draft proposals, and finalize plans in consultation with clients and team leads.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with government agencies, lead public presentations, and manage client consultations.

Documentation & Reporting: Write EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and evaluation reports. Maintain detailed project documentation and daily progress updates.

On-Site Leadership: Travel extensively for site visits, data gathering, and client interactions.

What You'll Bring

Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable experience in AMRUT-based master planning projects.

Qualifications: M.Plan/B.Plan, M. Urban Design, or equivalent academic background.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of urban planning concepts, development control regulations, and integrated planning policies.

Skills: Proficiency in GIS, SketchUp, mapping tools, and hand-drawing techniques. Strong written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities

Digitizing, editing, and conducting spatial data analysis.

Preparing GIS maps and calculating areas for various features.
